This could indicate that you have a burst pipe that is leaking water slowly or aggressively somewhere in your home. Do you have low water pressure?

When you turn on your kitchen or bathroom faucet, do you notice that there is very little water pressure?  A burst pipe can lower the water pressure throughout the rest of your house.
